Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Depop Automation (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Depop Automation is a web-based tool that uses AI to generate Depop listing details from uploaded photos and, for Full Access subscribers, posts those listings to your Depop account via an authenticated browser session.

Depop Automation is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Depop Ltd.

3. Account registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password, or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to post listings that violate Depop's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Upload photos containing illegal content, nudity, or content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service's API
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limits
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process them for the purpose of generating your Depop listing. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Subscription and billing

The Full Access plan is billed monthly at $9.99 USD via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Subscription page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months.

7. Free plan limits

The free plan is subject to usage limits (including a maximum of 4 photos per listing) and includes advertising. We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for downtime or any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Depop account risk

Automated posting tools may carry risk of account restriction on third-party platforms. You use the automated posting feature at your own risk. Depop Automation is not responsible for any action Depop Ltd. takes against your Depop account.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI-generated listing details will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific item. Always review AI output before posting.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Depop Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or Depop account suspension.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
